Peekskill City School District

As the lead implementer of the P-Tech grant, the Peekskill City School District plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the program's success. Hosting 25 students in their cohort, they work closely with Ossining to synchronize educational efforts and maximize the impact of the P-Tech initiative.

Westchester Community College (WCC)

All college credits and the Associate Degree our P-Tech students earn are provided through Westchester Community College. WCC's commitment to academic excellence ensures our students enjoy a comprehensive and supportive college experience integrated within their P-Tech education.

PNW BOCES

PNW BOCES collaborates with us to create dynamic, hands-on experiences essential for applying academic knowledge in practical settings. These activities bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world application, enhancing our educational approach.

Sun River Health Center & Open Door Family Medical

These health centers are key in providing mentorship and internships in the healthcare sector. Their involvement gives our students invaluable insights and practical exposure to technology within the medical fields, enriching their educational journey with real-life applications.

Peekskill and Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps

Our partnerships with the Peekskill and Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps offer students direct engagement with emergency medical services. These organizations provide critical internships and mentoring, preparing our students for future careers in emergency response and patient care.

Each of these partnerships enriches the P-Tech program, strengthening community ties and ensuring our students are well-equipped to meet the challenges of higher education and the professional world.

• Eligibility: Open to all 8th-grade students passing their current courses.

• Requirements: Complete the application, attach all necessary documents, and obtain one teacher recommendation.

• Deadline: Submit your completed application to your School Counselor or online by May 20.

• Interviews & Info Sessions: Participate in an interview and attend an information session to fully grasp the commitments of the P-Tech program.
