K - 12 Online Registration

Welcome to the Ossining UFSD Online Registration for Grades K-12.

Before you begin the Online Registration, please gather the following:

• Household information - address and phone numbers
• Parent information - work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
• Student information - demographic and health/medication information
• Emergency Contact - addresses and phone numbers.

When working with Online registration, for best results, please use the Google Chrome web browser.

OLR Error bubbles

While using the Online registration, if certain required information is not entered,
you'll get a red message bubble. Click on the red bubble to remove it and enter the required information

Important: Your registration is not complete until the registration and all documentation has been approved by the District registration office.
