Welcome to the Ossining UFSD Registration Page for Grades PreK-12th 

Online registration dates for the 2025-26 school year are open per the following dates:

  • Grade Pre-K: Open 2025-26 Registration begins on January 13, 2025

  • Grades K-12: Open 2025-26 Registration begins on March 3, 2025

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING YOUR CHILD FOR PRE-K, HE/SHE MUST BE 4 YEARS OLD ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 1, 2025.

**ONLINE Registration does NOT work from a mobile phone (please use a computer/laptop/etc)**

Before you begin the Registration, please gather the following:

  • Household information -- address and phone numbers
  • Parent information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
  • Student information -- demographic and health/medication information
  • Emergency Contact - addresses and phone numbers.
