Elementary Report Cards

Welcome to our Elementary Report Card Hub

At Ossining, we value our families as essential partners in every child’s learning journey. With the implementation of the Next Generation Learning Standards—which clearly define what students should know and be able to do by the end of each grade—our shared goal is to ensure every student reaches these high expectations and is prepared for success in college, career, and life.

Achieving these goals requires ongoing progress monitoring and targeted support. Families, like educators, need clear, meaningful information to better understand each child’s unique strengths, areas for growth, and learning profile. Together, we can ensure that every student thrives.

What Is a Standards-Based Report Card?

Our standards-based report card is designed to provide both families and educators with a clear and comprehensive picture of each student’s development. It highlights:

  • Academic progress aligned to grade-level expectations

  • Social-emotional development

  • Behaviors that support learning

This approach helps strengthen the connection between home and school, allowing us to work together in support of every child’s growth and success.
