Outline of planned program:
This program will support a cadre of STEM Ambassadors across six districts - Elmsford; Ossining; City School District of New Rochelle; Port Chester/Rye; UFSD of the Tarrytowns; White Plains Public Schools. The STEM Ambassadors will be skilled in student-centered instruction that will leverage computer science, engineering and educational technology tools and practices. STEM Ambassadors will receive training at Mercy College every other week for the 2021-22 school year, for a total of 30 hours of onsite Professional Development in computer science, engineering, and educational technology. Lessons and other artifacts will be shared on this web page in the Spring of 2022.
