AMD Modified Sports
Modified sports give middle school students a chance to learn the basics of athletics in a supportive and development-focused environment. These teams are designed for younger athletes who are still building their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Coaches emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development rather than intense competition. Modified sports also help students stay active, make new friends, and prepare for junior varsity and varsity programs in the future. By participating, students build healthy habits, improve their physical fitness, and experience the excitement of representing with Ossining Pride!
