Hello Ossining Athletes, Coaches, and Families!
My name is Douglas Sawyer, and I am the new Athletic Trainer for Ossining Union Free School District. I have over 30 years of experience as an athletic trainer, the majority of which I have been working with high school and middle school athletes. I have lived in Ossining for 15 years and both of my sons are athletes here in Ossining.
I am looking forward to building an athletic training program here to better care for and support all of our amazing athletes. As an athletic trainer my focus is on preventing, treating and rehabilitating athletic injuries. My office is located just outside the locker rooms at the high school and is open to any and all Ossining athletes in 7th through 12th grade. All athletes will need to sign in for treatment and evaluations via the QR code that will be posted by my office door.
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday: 1pm - 4pm
Saturdays - Dependent upon athletic schedule. Usually about 1 hour prior to home events.
