Guidelines for Submitting Photos for the
Ossining Union Free School District Website

We are happy to consider photos for posting on our web. Due to the very high volume of submissions and requests, we ask that you follow these guidelines in sending in your information and pictures:

1. A paragraph or blurb, edited and ready to be posted needs to accompany all photos, explaining the Who? What? When? Where? and Why? of the event.
   
   We reserve the right to edit the content and the size of the submission, based on space availability, however it is better to offer more information and details than less.
   
   If you are sending documents, please send them as Word files in 10 point Ariel, 1" margins all around or as .pdf documents.
    
2. All pictures and information should be submitted electronically as attachments to Maja Tarateta, Public Relations at  mtarateta@ossining.k12.ny.us and Ray Bagnuolo, Web Manager at rbagnuolo@ossining.k12.ny.us
    
3. Photos need to be properly oriented (all right side up) and 72 dpi, with the largest side no greater than 6".
    
4. Sorry, no photos in Word or other documents: .jpegs or .gifs only.
    
5. Please provide name and phone contact number, in case we have questions.
    
6. We will do our best to post your information as quickly as possible.
