Monday, January 5, 2009: Special Meeting and Executive Session Press Release

The Ossining Board of Education has scheduled a meeting for Monday, 5 January 2009 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Third Floor Conference Room at Roosevelt School, 190 Croton Avenue, Ossining, NY. The meeting will begin with a Special Meeting followed by an Executive Session. The purpose of the Executive Session will be to address matters related to personnel, negotiations, and contracts. Accordingly, such discussions will be held in Executive Session.

The Ossining Board of Education has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, 7 January 2009 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Third Floor Conference Room at Roosevelt School, 190 Croton Avenue, Ossining, NY. The meeting will begin with a Special Meeting followed by an Executive Session. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss negotiations and personnel matters. Accordingly, such discussion will be held in Executive Session.

District Announces Streamlining Measures (Nov. 17, 2008) In response to the current state of the economy, as well as potential reductions in state aid, the Ossining Union Free School District today announced streamlining measures it will incorporate into spending for the current school year. The measures represent an effort to best protect its students, staff, programs, and the community, and will also be used to prepare for the 2009-2010 budget. Press Release
